LEAP powered s

Tapflo TC-serie pumper, er baseret på vores standard Tapflo trykluftdrevne membranpumper – men er udstyret med en ny teknologi, kaldet LEAP® Technology. LEAP® Technology blev oprindeligt udviklet til opgaver, med meget lave kapaciteter og pumpetryk.

Intensive tests viser, at en større mængde energi går ”tabt” i en membranpumpe pga friktion, og et andet typisk problem er at pumpen ikke altid kan opstarte, hvis der skal pumpes med lavt tryk.

LEAP®, eller ‘Low Energy Air Pump’, er en patenteret teknologi anvendt i trykluftdrevne membranpumper, for at reducere det nødvendige lufttryk for start af pumpen. Dette sker ved, at minimere pumpens friktions- og lufttab. LEAP® anvender et unikt indirekte system, for at detektere membranakslens position, og ud fra dette, styre pumpen.

Tapflo TC-serien, er i stand til at opstarte ved blot 0.3 bar lufttryk, i modsætning til den typiske 2-2.5 bar for en standard pumpe. Endnu mere imponerende, er Tapflo TC-serien i stand til at give op til 70% af sin maksimale kapacitet, før andre membranpumper

Den unikke TC-serie luftventil, har betydeligt længere levetid, end den typiske ventil med O-ringe og elastomertætninger.

Nem vedligehold

Luftventilen kan skiftes på under 2 minutter – uden at pumpen skal tages ud af rørsystemet.

Elektrisk feedback

Pumpen afgiver signal, som kan anvendes ved monitorering.

Tørløb og blokeret pumpeafgang

Ved at analysere pulsfrekvensen, kan det detektere hvis pumpen løber tør for produkt, ellers hvis afgangen er blokeret.

FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) §21 CFR 177 omhandler polymerer, dvs gummi og plastmaterialer, der kommer i kontakt med fødevarer.



EN 10204

EN 10204 material traceability
The EN 10204 norm gives you a checklist and traceability of materials used in the equipment. 2.1 is a general statement of compliance with material specifications, while 3.1 provides specific track records all the way to the steel mill batch (normally only on metals in contact with the product).

EC 1935/2004 regulation
This EU regulation applies to all food contact materials, e.g. metals, plastics and rubber materials. It requires that these materials are safe, are labeled with the glass-and-fork symbol, are traceable throughout the production chain (according to above EN 10204) and that they are produced according to good manufacturing practice (GMP).

ATEX Directive 94/9/EC
